My Story

I’m a big believer in balance.

Solitude in nature, almond croissants, yin yoga, sharing pungent ferments, laughter, strolls down the Merri Creek and local organic peaches are just some of the things that fill my cup.

A little more about me...

Mum took me to see a Naturopath when I was six years old, and I remember sitting in her clinic, feeling understood by a health professional for the first time. I was there with a complicated case of tummy aches and fatigue which later turned out to be Ross River Fever. I walked away with some simple practices that proved to be SO HELPFUL and left me feeling empowered to take care of my health.

Many years later, I moved to the Northern Rivers of NSW to complete a Bachelor of Naturopathy and a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences (Majoring in Human Nutrition). Inspired by the old-growth rainforest and community there, I developed a strong values for local, sustainable food systems and environmental responsibility.
